     Since 2011 I have been a licensed real estate sales agent. Mostly residential from 65k 3 acre land in Flowery Branch to 6 Million dollar luxury estate in Atlanta near CDC and everything in-between. My number one priority has always been the best interest of my clients. I'm a firm believer in delivering problem free transactions. Real estate has always been a labor of Love. 99 percent of my clients, buyers and sellers are happy during the process, after closing, and satisfied long after the move in date. I’m a real estate match maker. My goal is to create easy, headache free transaction.

I do not identify as the typical modern agent. I believe in building relationships organically. I am a real person. I don't follow scripts. I do not post pictures of clients during the process or at closing onto social media. I won’t bother with worthless drip campaigns, texts or emails unless there is value. This is the most expensive purchase for most individuals and I believe it should be a private event and not used for promotional purposes.

Another feature I like to practice is anticipating the unexpected. I will help you avoid potential real estate scams, pyramid schemes and time wasting pitfalls the first time buyer and or newer agents are unable to detect. Most real estate professionals may have good intentions but good intentions are not enough to protect you from a potential lawsuit. This can ruin a transaction and a relationship.
